WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Everyone loves the gingerbread house for one good reason! You can eat it as and when you feel like it just like Hansel and Gretel. But how different can it get other than the fact that it is made from sugary sweet candies and cookies?
Let our children amaze us with their creativity in creating their versions of gingerbread houses with a modern twist!
SO, what will the children be making their houses out of?
Sweets, Biscuits and cookies, of course!
The workshop is split into two sessions, one for 5-7 year olds and the other for 8-10 year olds. The younger children will be involved in making their own gingerbread house while the older children will have a take on creating their imaginary city on a collaborative scale using their individually created gingerbread house.
The session is intended to provoke children’s imagination and allow them to explore the world through their senses. By picking a medium of architecture that they will have great delight seeing and playing with, we hope to inspire them to create a tastefully playful architecture. Have Fun!
